Sector to Watch: China
One sector that is starting is reemerge is China.
A few weeks ago I’ve highlighted FUTU as one of the key stocks to watch.
It’s up XX since then. Unfortunately, no positon.
But the entire sector looks promising too.
KWEB The China Internet ETF is building a text book base.
And these are a few other china names that look promising.
Quick summary
Chinese Stocks — Yet Another Breakout: Chinese stocks are breaking out too, and much like the others mentioned here there are some good supports to this.
Firstly, it’s coming off of cheap valuations… and look, if you really want to keep things simple, if you just look at valuations and technicals that will get you most of the way there. If a thing is cheap and it breaks out with good technicals then that’s basically good enough.
But also of interest in China is the start of a rotation (out of gold and bonds and into stocks), a new narrative (+stimulus) around the anti-involution campaign, signs of global growth reacceleration, and contrarian bullish setup of previous excess pessimism around tariff impacts, and so-on.
So it’s an interesting one by itself, and adds to the overall global bullish broadening & breakouts theme.
